CC clubs compete in interclub event
CC Letchworth, Stevenage & Uxbridge all competed in the interclub challenge this week. The event was the Team Relay. Well done to all involved.

The Urban Challenge
The Urban Challenge is a team event that will combine fitness, team work and problem solving.
In your team you will work together to complete the 6 different stations in the fastest time possible.
Be careful on some of the stations though, failure to complete will result in a time penalty added onto your teams time.
The Urban Challenge
Teams will arrive at Active4Less Stevenage for 9.30am.
Teams will be prepared and start at 10am. Each team will be given a different station to start off with and they will make their way through the different stations. They will need to return to Active4Less after completing each station before starting the next task.
Some tasks will be monitored by staff to ensure they are completed properly. Failure to complete will result in a time penalty.

One of your team will need to bring a bike pump for one of the stations.
Other than that, all you will need to bring is a clothes that you will feel comfortable in whilst performing different activities both outside and in the gym.
Make sure to bring a bottle to keep hydrated.
