Challenge Central Running Club
Every Wednesday at 7pm from Active4less in Stevenage.
The sessions are FREE for Challenge Central Members (Sign up) or £5 per session for non members.
Our running sessions are held at Active4less in Stevenage and run by Malcolm Holmes and Alan Cook.
The sessions are aimed at beginner to intermediate runners but more advanced runners are also welcome.
Sessions will last approximately an hour and will include a range of training styles such as endurance, hill work and interval based drills.
The sessions are enjoyable and social whilst still focused on helping runners achieve their targets.

12 Marathons in 12 Months
Members of Challenge Central are taking on the challenge of 12
marathons in 12 months. It's not too late to get involved as we still want as many members as possible to represent us.

Running Events
Challenge Central gets involved in all sorts of runs including the normal 5k, 10k, half marathons and full marathons.
Given that we are a special sort of club we also like to try our hand at races such as the survival of fittest, tough guy and the grim challenge which are obstacle based running events.
