Group Bookings

Challenges are even more fun and memorable when shared with friends and family! Why not organise a group trekking or cycling challenge?

Perfect for celebrating milestone birthdays and anniversaries, our private challenges can be customised to suit the requirements of any group (or Corporate).

You also do not have to take part to raise money for a charity as this is not compulsory with Challenge Central.

If you want to take longer to complete a standard challenge or wish to add items such as accommodation or meals to your package, this is all made possible with group bookings.

To be the most cost-effective price for you, we recommend groups should be at least 10 people however if you have less, fear not as we will still happily provide you with our most competitive price possible to meet your requirements.

As well as our CC Standard Challenges on offer for groups, we also have a range of other events listed below which may just be the trekking or cycling challenge you are looking for?

Thinking of another challenge which is not listed? Please still contact us to see if we can help.

Take on a one-day adventure and trek Pen-y-Fan in South Wales.

Pen-y-Fan is situated in the Brecon Beacons, where on a clear day you will be treated to some absolutely specular views.

Conquering the 886m tall mountain, will take approximately 2-4 hours of trekking up and down.

With some breath-taking scenery on display throughout the journey, you’ll be left with a great sense of achievement as you summit this mountain.

Scafell Pike is located in the amazing Lake District National Park and England's highest mountain. This mountain is arguably one of the most stunning because of its remote location and spectacular views.

With the height being 978 metres, the walk is approximately 6 miles and will take between 4-7 hours to trek.

The terrain is considered "rough" due to the paths / tracks being  loose gravel, stone or rock. There will be a few steep steps to navigate over so good footwear is essentioal and walking poles are advisable.

Standing tall at 1345 metres, Ben Nevis is the highest mountain in Scotland and the UK!

With clear days, the views are spectacular and will leave you with special memories

Trekking will usually take 7-9 hours and the terrain will be tough, steep and rocky.

Because of its height, the top of the mountain is often snow-capped with only July, August and September usually without snow (though there is no guarentee with our UK weather!) so you often will have some amazing photos.

See Mount Snowdon at night and watch the sunrise over Snowdonia as you descend. Trekking at night is a different experience to the day however with your torches lighting the way and the trek fully led by our experienced mountain team, you will be able to witness the mountain's beauty at night.

Conquering the 1085m tall mountain, will take approximately 6-7 hours (trekking up and down).

The Snowdon Horseshoe is an amazing trek which sees you trek Snowdon in a varied, circular route. On a clear day, you would get arguably the best views in Britain however this challenge is not recommended for anyone with fears of heights as the route is exposed along some of the sections.

Conquering the challenge, will take approximately 5-7 hours (trekking up and down) with breaks and a stop at the Summit. Please note - the weather and conditions will dictate which route we take and may need to alter on the day for health and safety reasons.

A reasonable level of fitness is ideal, however mainly a head for heights. There's also some scrambling involved so a light small, day sack would be best whilst wearing standard mountain clothing in case of any weather outcome. Appropriate trekking footwear is required, e.g. hiking boots or approach trainers; anyone with casual footwear or trainers will not be allowed to complete the event and this is due to the nature of Crib Goch and other sections of the challenge.

To conquer The Welsh 3000s challenge, you must complete the 15 highest mountains in Wales (all over 3000ft) in just one weekend.

The route is approximately 24 miles, but including walking to the start point and down from the finish, the total distance covered reaches more than 30 miles.

This is the toughest trekking challenge we organise and therefore highly recommend completing a minimum of one other mountain challenges before attempting the mighty 3000s.
