Private group challenges

Your group.
Your challenge.

Bring your people together around a challenge shaped to your dates, goals and ability. Take one of our established events privately or ask us to create something entirely your own.

A day together. A shared goal.

Choose the challenge that fits your people.

A walking club, a team of colleagues or friends raising money for a cause: start with the people taking part. Their experience, fitness and time available matter more than choosing the toughest route.

Pick an established challenge below, or tell us about a place or idea you have in mind. We can help you choose a route and plan the support for your group.

Mountains or miles on the bike?

Explore the routes, then ask about a private date and a package for your group.

Three mountains · Travel between climbs

National Three Peaks

Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in one challenge. This is a demanding mountain undertaking, with travel between the peaks as well as long hours on foot.

Best for a group prepared to train together and take on consecutive climbs. Discuss the pace, transport and overnight arrangements before choosing your date.

One day · 24-mile circular walk

Yorkshire Three Peaks

Walk Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough on the classic route, returning to the same starting point. The traditional 12-hour goal makes this a substantial day in the hills.

A good choice when your group wants a single-day mountain challenge. Preparation for the distance, climbing and uneven ground is essential.

Three riding days · City-to-city cycling

London to Paris

Build towards a shared finish at the Eiffel Tower. Our established route takes riders through Portsmouth, Caen and Evreux on the journey from London to Paris.

For groups ready for repeated long days in the saddle. We will talk through the route, accommodation, crossing and support needed for your private ride.

For the organiser

Start with four useful details.

You do not need a finished plan to contact us.

  • Your people: approximate numbers and their experience.
  • Your timing: a preferred date or a range that works.
  • Your idea: a route, destination or reason for taking part.
  • Your budget: what the group can spend, and whether travel or accommodation needs to fit within it.

What happens next?

We talk through a suitable route and practical timings, then set out the package and price. You can see what is included, what participants arrange themselves and what preparation they need before you decide.

Support to suit the challenge

Mountain leaders, route planning, checkpoint refreshments, transport and accommodation have different roles on different challenges. Your package sets out the support for your event; not every challenge needs every service.

Getting your group ready

We provide joining information and kit guidance for the agreed event. As organiser, you help share those details with your group and make sure participants understand the preparation and participation requirements.
